At CCG Marble & Stone, we take pride in the craftsmanship and individuality of our work. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations for both our bespoke installations and online store sales.

 

1. Bespoke Products and Installations

Many of our products and services are custom-made to client specifications, including tailored stonework, bespoke fabrication, and installations.Because these items are produced to order, refunds or returns are not generally available once work has commenced or materials have been cut.Any cancellations or refund requests for bespoke orders will be handled in accordance with the terms set out in your quotation or purchase agreement.

 

2. “As Is” and Reclaimed Stock Sales (Online Store)All items sold through the CCG Marble & Granite Specialist Online Store, including as-is stone cuts, reclaimed furniture, and refurbished artworks, are sold in their current condition.We make every effort to describe and photograph these items accurately before sale.Because these items are unique, reclaimed, or refurbished, returns and refunds are not available unless:

The item arrives significantly different from its description, or

The item is damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address], including photographs and your order details.Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund.

 

3. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You are entitled to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose.
